The extracting mill stand is almost the same as the sizing mill stand in appearance, and only two safety devices are arranged outside three shafts respectively. When seamless steel tubes are produced, the extracting mill stand is arranged on a front channel of the sizing mill stand so as to prevent the damage of production equipment caused by overhigh rolling force when mandrils are drawn out of steel tubes. The principle is that: when the rolling force is too high, the safety pin in a safety mechanism is damaged, and the roller can be broken by a steel tube, so that the rolling force disappears quickly, and the effect of protecting a sizing mill and a seamless steel tube production line is achieved.
